We are now back to normal face-to- face appointments. However, some precautions still remain in place to protect both you and our staff.

We have listed these as follows:

1. We will continue to conduct Covid screening checks before your appointment. These may be done both via electronic means as well as telephone the day before your appointment.
2. Please only attend the practice if you have an appointment. If you wish to make an appointment, please do so by phone. Please wear a face mask to your appointment.
3. If you have had a positive Covid test, Covid symptoms or close contact with any Covid positive cases within 2 weeks of your booked appointment, please ring the surgery to reschedule.

Please try to observe the following as much as possible:

1. Come alone unless absolutely necessary.
2. Bring as little by way of possessions as possible.
3. Please wear a face covering to your appointment if possible. Please do not touch anything in reception if possible.
4. You will be offered hand sanitiser to use on arrival. 
5. Our reception staff will be seated behind a Perspex screen. Please observe social distancing measures as much as practicably possible, and please do not attempt to come round the screen.
